Never create false stories to justify your lies. It will be a great insult to your credibility as you come out great but deep inside you felt the shame.

Anger creates disparity and division. When you are overwhelmed by your heated emotion you lose control of your temper and defamation may occur if not for physical violence. Be aware that what has been awfully said may never be taken back. The tongue has no bones but it has strong muscles to destroy one’s dignity and reputation. Learn to be moderate. Be a family. Always be gentle in your every act and how you speak. Achieve to be always victorious with love rather than presuming you’ve won by hate. You may lose an argument but let God know how you strive to win your adversary by forgiveness and love. He who angers you conquers you. Be not a victim of defeat. Let the prisoner be free. It’s you.
